In this Lab session, Keith Wilkinson of t2c Consulting will reflect on his experience and share valuable insight into the world of HR Transformation, gained over the last 10 years through working with Origin Energy and Coca-Cola Amatil.  

During his tenure with Origin Energy & Coca-Cola Amatil, Keith has overseen the payroll operations within both organisations and observed the impact of process digitalisation and the effects it is having on the world of HR including the opportunities that it creates for people and data management.  

HR Transformation is occurring in many organisations and whether you sit in Finance or HR the impacts of these initiatives flow through to Payroll. In addition, there are significant operational changes impacting Payroll, notably Single Touch Payroll and the flow on impacts of its introduction.
